Every week I visit a place that I look forward to with high expectation and excitement. When I arrive, I quickly park and scurry into the building to find my seat. My anticipation builds as the service opens and our hosts welcome us with our Mission, “Empowering people to change the world!” Then, the singing begins and I’m there. In the Throne Room, lifting up the only One who is worthy. This is home to me. The place where I am accepted for who I am and loved into who I am growing to be. This is my place, my tribe, my family, fully unified with a passionate, singular focus. Him.
I am grateful for my church, our leadership, our vision, and the wonderful environment of worship we cultivate every Sunday. Truly I am blessed!
